I returned to Choux Cafe for a Saturday afternoon treat(s). Today there were a few new macaron flavours and layered patisserie cakes. I could smell the cookie dough as we passed the kitchen and took our seats under the umbrella out the back. I love this place! Just like Nonna’s!
My choice of treats was the avocado and pineapple macaroon and the apricot saffron macaron.Good God! The flavors are strong and complimenting.
Coffee was a mandatory necessity and perfectly made. Dk had a hazelnut eclair, a perfect dessert when you can taste the hazelnut and not the sugar. Oh and the sandwiches were a pretreat.
