Sea Shells Cafe, Cervantes

On the way home from spending the night at Sandy Cape we pulled into the seaside town of Cervantes, feeling hopeful we would find a place for a cup of coffee.

Cervantes is historically known for its cray fishing industry, this is one place in Western Australia where you can eat the local delicacy almost fresh off the boat. Bulk tour companies transport travelers from Perth up to the nearby Lobster Shack factory.

We haven’t even left the car and I’m already thinking this is a beautiful little town with a relaxing holiday feel to it, I kind of  wish we weren’t returning to Perth so soon. Next to the Pinnacles Holiday Caravan Park is a café fittingly named Sea Breeze Cafe, you can’t miss the blue coloured house. The cafe overlooks wide open parkland and the Indian Ocean waters. Seats under the verandah are superb.

Aside from a long wait due to a mix up with our order, the Fiori coffee bean long blacks were good. I’d stop through again.
